Fruit syrup made of "Queen-of-the-meadow"

Use the white flowers on the pic, the purple one, Wolf's Bane is very poisonous.

Boil 1.1 liter water and let it cool down, add 30 gram citric acid and stir it well. Pour it over 30 flowerclusters from queen-of-the-meadow and leave it in a cool place for 3 days. After, filter it and add 1.5 kilo sugar and stir it well.  Pour it in clean bottles! The fruit syrup have a pretty strong taste so you have to dilute it with fresh cool water before you drink it.
